Chris Graziano serves as the vice president of Data Management & Analytics for Crown Consulting Inc. In this role, he delivers data acquisition strategies, builds robust data quality processes and transforms raw data into actionable insights that drive business results.
Graziano brings more than 35 years of federal government and commercial experience and strong background in federal contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). He manages the $285 million Energy Information Administration’s Omnibus Procurement (EOP) IV support contract, overseeing web development, communications and complex survey data collection efforts that involve more than 120 staff members and seven subcontractors. He is responsible for overall quality and timeliness of deliverables and adherence to agency processes, procedures and risk management, and meeting contract performance objectives.
An experienced information technology and software development professional, Graziano has incorporated the use of Agile into data management, IT operations and software development. He also has contributed to customer initiatives that enhance automated data collection and processing systems, combining subject matter and systems development expertise into enterprise data management solutions.
Graziano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies from University of Maryland. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Oracle Certified Database Administrator (DBA).
