Frederic (Fred) Lickteig serves as vice president of the Integration & Infrastructure (I&I) for Crown Consulting Inc. In this role, he manages client relations, portfolio management and performance for the I&I line of business.

Lickteig joined Crown in 2006. He brings more than 30 years of executive leadership, operations and management expertise. He has extensive industry knowledge of aviation infrastructure, operations and programs. A former tactical pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps, he held numerous positions and participated in expeditionary and multinational operations. He exited the Marine Corps after a tour on the headquarters staff at the Pentagon, responsible for budget coordination of Marine Corps programs.

He has managed a range of technical programs for U.S. government agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration, National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Department of Homeland Security, including air-to-ground communications and fiber optic network systems, hardware assembly facilities, operations center and security infrastructure, and enterprise decision-making and safety oversight systems.

Lickteig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Michigan and a masters degree in administration from Central Michigan University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
