Tammy Shippy serves as contracts manager for Crown Consulting Inc. In this role, she is the authorized representative for Crown’s contracts and agreements with its government and commercial clients.
Shippy leads the contract team in bid and proposal activities, contract and subcontract administration and contract compliance matters. Since joining Crown in 2018, she has played a key role in managing Crown’s Aerospace & Advanced Transportation team’s portfolio of contracts. In 2021, she assumed management and administration of contracts under all divisions of Crown.
She brings 22 years of experience in the federal government arena administering highly visible and complex government contracts with such agencies as the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and NASA. She embraces process improvement with a focus on strategic company growth.
Shippy holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Strayer University and is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
